RECONSTITUTION GUIDE

Step-by-step protocol for safe and accurate peptide preparation

01

STEP 01

Prepare the Environment

Work on a clean, disinfected surface. Wash hands thoroughly. Wipe the tops of both the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab and allow to dry for 30 seconds.

02

STEP 02

Prepare Your Syringe

Draw air into the syringe equal to the amount of bacteriostatic water you will add. Insert the needle into the water vial, push in the air, then draw out the correct water volume as calculated above.

03

STEP 03

Add Water to Peptide Vial

Insert the needle into the peptide vial at an angle. Let the water run slowly down the inside wall of the vial — never inject directly onto the powder. Remove the needle and gently swirl (never shake) until fully dissolved.

04

STEP 04

Storage

Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F), away from light. Most peptides remain stable for up to 28 days when refrigerated. Keep lyophilized powder in the freezer until needed.
