THE MISSION

WHAT IS TACTICAL TRAINING?

The Tactical Training program is not for the faint of heart. This is four weeks of deliberate, calculated brutality — the kind of training that forges operators, not gym enthusiasts. Inspired by the relentless intensity of the Punisher methodology, every session is designed to push you past what you thought was your limit and show you that your limit was a lie. The 5-day split targets every muscle group with military precision. Week 4 is a 1RM testing week — you will find out exactly how strong you've become. The program uses a combination of heavy compound movements, tactical conditioning circuits, and strategic rest periods that maximize both strength and work capacity. When you finish this program, you will not be the same person who started it.

COACH'S NOTE

This is the Initiation Phase. The flat bench pyramid is your first test — you will find your true 1RM on Day 1. In Week 4, you test it again. The Punisher doesn't guess his numbers. He knows them. Every exercise here has a specific purpose: the pause reps on decline build bottom-end strength, the supersets build work capacity, and the box jumps build explosiveness. This is not a chest day. This is a weapons test.
